How it works
Schedule
You send the headcount; I send a slot schedule and a short note on what to wear.
Session day
Setup takes 30 minutes, then people come through in short slots with instant on-screen review.
Selection
Each person picks their favourite from a proof gallery, then retouched finals follow within 72 hours.
Common questions
- How many people can you photograph in a day?
- Around 40–50 comfortably at eight-minute slots, more if the schedule is tight and the room is close by.
- What should people wear?
- Solid colours, nothing with fine stripes or loud logos. I send a one-page guide before the day.
- Can new starters be added later?
- Yes — that's the point of keeping the setup identical. Return visits are booked at a reduced rate.
- Do you offer plain white or dark backgrounds?
- White, grey, black or a clean environmental background from your office. We agree one and stick to it.
Rates
Priced by session length rather than per head, with one retouched final per person included. Additional finals and return visits quoted separately.
